There are changes in the Board of Directors of JSC Ilim Group.

By Resolution of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of JSC Ilim Group of June 09, 2020 Clay Randall Ellis, IP senior vice president, Enterprise Operational Excellence, and James Price Royalty Jr, senior vice president and president of IP EMEA, were elected to the Board of Directors. At the same time, Carleton Cato Ealy, previously holding the position of IP senior vice-president, and Tommy Steven Joseph, previously holding the position of IP senior vice-president resigned from the Board of Directors.
