Ilim Arts & Humanities Club was started in 2018. This enlightening project invites Company top managers, middle managers, and young talents.
Monthly club sessions offer onstage interviews and serve as live and public-facing events. Speakers include lead scientists, sociologists, representatives of the creative community, philosophers, and political experts. They are primarily charismatic figures eager to share their outlook and engage in substantive dialogue with the audience.
The project was expanded over time, going beyond discussions to offer Ilim cinematographic and music clubs.
