It's about LIFE program
The program is aimed at eliminating the risk of injury in the injury-hazard areas of the P&P industry. Program elements:
Behavior-Based Safety program:
The program focuses on engaging the Company’s personnel in identifying and adjusting unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions to prevent injuries.
Programs to recognize near misses and minor injuries:
The program is aimed at ensuring reporting of all incidents, including minor incidents, and investigating them to prevent more serious injuries.
The purpose of the program is to eliminate the risks of injury in the main traumatic areas of the pulp and paper industry.

Volunteer Rescuer project
Volunteer Rescuer project is aimed at improving employee safety culture. At the moment, the project is being implemented in the Company’s HO, Bratsk, Ust-Ilimsk, and Koryazhma branches. Within the framework of the project the employees, who will enroll in the project, will get to know rescue operations, learn how to ensure prompt and timely emergency response, and minimize the consequences. Volunteer Rescuer project is a long-term project, which engages the maximum possible number of employees.
The project involves training of the employees who decide to become part of the project in the following areas:
- First aid
- How to act in case of a fire
- Gas rescue activities
- RTA rescue activities
