Ilim Group Joint Stock Company pays out dividends as follows:

Dividend payout period following the date of determination of dividend entitlement:
If a person fails to receive declared dividends due to the lack of accurate and necessary banking details or address data with Ilim Group Joint Stock Company (hereinafter, the Company) or the registrar, such person shall have a right to claim payout of the dividends (unclaimed dividends) during three (3) years following the date of the resolution on dividend payout.
Upon expiry of the above period, declared but unclaimed dividends shall be recorded as undistributed profit of the Company with cessation of the Company’s obligation to pay out such dividends (Clause 9 Article 42 of Federal Law No.208-FZ dated December 26, 1995 on Joint Stock Companies).
In order to secure shareholders’ rights to receive dividends, JSC Ilim Group’s shareholders shall promptly notify the registrar of any changes in their details, including up-to-date Russian passport details, banking details for payment of income on securities and/or mailing address recorded in the register of securities holders of JSC Ilim Group.
If a person having a personal account fails to notify of any changes in their details, in accordance with Clause 16 Article 8.2 of Federal Law No.39-FZ dated April 22, 1996 on Securities Market, the Company, the Registrar and/or the depositary shall not be liable for any losses incurred by such person as a result of such failure.
Shareholders must submit a registered entity questionnaire to the registrar to update personal or representatives’ information and banking details for payment of income on securities.
N.B.: Effective from September 01, 2027, dividends in monetary form shall be paid out to the natural persons recorded in the register of securities holders of JSC Ilim Group only by transferring funds to the available to the registrar bank accounts or to special accounts of the financial platform operators opened in accordance with Federal Law No.211- FZ dated July 20, 2020 on Performing Financial Transactions Using Financial Platforms.
