If the documents requested cover a specific time period, the Request must contain a relevant statement of the personal account of the Company’s shareholder in the Company’s shareholder register or of the security account of the Company’s shareholder in the depository that confirms the number of shares held by the shareholder in question in the requested document.
If the documents requested are related to the buy-out carried out in accordance with the procedure stipulated by Articles 76, 84.7, or 84.8 of Law No.
Location for document review: The Company provides the documents listed in the Request for review at the offices of its executive body.
Access to confidential information: The documents containing confidential information may be made available to a Company shareholder or the shareholder’s representative only subject to signing of a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. If access to the documents is provided to the shareholder’s representative, both the shareholder and the representative must sign the confidentiality agreement. The confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements are provided to the person who signed the Request on the day scheduled for document review and can be submitted well in advance.
Payment: An invoice for the payment of document copying fees as well as postal fees, if the mail or courier service is required as per Request must be hand delivered to the Company’s shareholder or the shareholder’s representative at the offices of the Company’s executive body and/or sent by mail or courier service to the address specified in the Request.
