Behavior-Based Safety program:
The program focuses on engaging the Company’s personnel in identifying and adjusting unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions to prevent injuries.

In terms of health and safety, Ilim Group closely cooperates with its partner - International Paper. Our EHS standards are based on the EHS global best practices. In order to ensure compliance with Russian legislation and the Company’s internal regulations, managers and workers undergo a training. Training is done by the Company’s in-house trainers.Ilim also has specialized training centers In order to reduce the number of unsafe situations in the workplace, Ilim Group implements corporate programs to engage all personnel in safety culture, improves work processes and procedures, upgrades equipment, and implements technical solutions.
