Containerboard

Ilim Group produces the following types of containerboard:

• Kraftliner (Koryazhma and Bratsk Branches)
• Fluting (Koryazhma Branch)

In 2008, the Group produced more than 612,000 tonnes of containerboard.

The Group's mills account for more than 25% of total board production in Russia.

Paper

The production of paper in Ilim Group is based in Koryazhma. Ilim Group produces over 242,000 tons of paper annually.

The Group's share in the total domestic paper production accounts for 6%.

Pulp

The company currently produces the following types of pulp:

• Bleached softwood kraft pulp (Ust-Ilimsk and Bratsk Branches)
• Bleached hardwood kraft pulp (Koryazhma and Bratsk Branches)
• Unbleached softwood kraft pulp (Ust-Ilimsk and Bratsk Branches)

In 2008, Ilim Group's market pulp output exceeded 1 million 493 thousand tons.

The Group's mills account for more than 65% of the total market pulp production in Russia.

Corrugated packaging

The Corrugated packaging business unit includes a corrugated packaging plant in the Leningrad Oblast. The new plant with a capacity of 140 million m2 of corrugated packaging per year was commissioned and launched in 2008.

The new plant produces:

• brown or white lined three- and five-layer corrugated board of various brands with a wide range of flute profiles;
• RSCs with full-color print option;
• complex shape and design packaging (pallets, trays);
• packaging for large-dimensioned products;
• corrugated box components.
