23 November 2010 Ilim Group’s forest branches in the Irkutsk oblast complete their annual reforestation projects: Ilim Group’s forest Branches in the Bratsk and Ust-Ilimsk Districts have reported on the results of their reforestation efforts. More than RUR 43 million were expended by Ilim Group in 2010 for reforestation.
22 November 2010 Within reforestation projects Ilim Group has planted over 2.6 million pieces of pine and spruce nursery in Arkhangelsk oblast: OOO IlimSeverLes, Ilim Group’s harvesting company in the Arkhangelsk Oblast, has reported on the results of its reforestation and forest cultivation projects. These projects were completed in the leased forests from May through October, 2010 and cost RUR 31.4 million.
18 November 2010 Ilim Group manufactures over 1,800,000 tons of pulp and paper products: Over the nine months of 2010 Ilim Group’s mills have produced 1,836,000 tons of pulp and paper products. This is 7% above the performance over the similar period in 2009.
12 November 2010 Over the 9 months BU Ilim East locations have manufactured 1,083,500 tons of pulp and paper products: Over the first nine months of 2010 OJSC Ilim Group's locations within Ilim East Business Unit (the Bratsk and Ust-Ilimsk Branches) have manufactured 1,083,000 tons of pulp and paper products. It is 2% more than in the three quarters of the previous year.

8 November 2010 Business unit Ilim West manufactures 753,000 tons of pulp-and-paper products: Over the 9 months of 2010 the Koryazhma Branch of Ilim Group has made 753,000 tons of market pulp and paper products. It is 15% more than in the three quarters of the previous year.
9 September 2010 Ilim Group to invest over USD 860 million in the Irkutsk oblast: Mr. Zakhar Smushkin, Board Chairman of Ilim Group, spoke at a plenary session of the Baikal Economic Forum in Irkutsk. His presentation was dedicated to investments into the forest products industry and ways to improve efficiency in using forest resources.
31 August 2010 The Bratsk branch of Ilim Group reduces its environmental impact: Over the past 5 years, the Bratsk Branch of OJSC Ilim Group (Irkutsk Oblast) has lowered its load on the environment by 4%. For instance, the Mill’s emissions, which amounted to 5,800 tons in 2005, were reduced to 5,600 tons in 2009.
18 August 2010 Ilim Group concludes an agreement with the Arkhangelsk oblast administration to complete the construction of a large health center in Koryazhma: Mr. Paul Herbert, Chief Executive Officer of Ilim Group, Mr. Ilya Mikhalchuk, Governor of the Arkhangelsk Oblast, and Mr. Valery Elezov, Head of the Koryazhma Municipal Entity, have signed and Agreement today in Arkhangelsk concerning the construction of a major health center in Koryazhma.
3 August 2010 Ilim Group starts introducing electronic document flow and archive: OJSC Ilim Group, Russia’s major pulp and paper manufacturer, has launched a new project introducing electronic document flow and archive. The system in question is based on Extended ECM for SAP Solutions by Open Text Corporation. Project contractor is AveBrava, Open Text’s official partner in Russia and CIS.
29 July 2010 Ilim Group reports on its manufacturing performance in 1H 2010: Ilim Group mills produced 1,208 thousand tons of pulp and paper products in 1H 2010. This is 8% above the performance during similar period in 2009.
28 July 2010 Pulp and paper products output of business unit Ilim West has grown by 14%: Over the first six months of 2010, Business Unit Ilim West (the Koryazhma Branch) has manufactured 492 thousand tons of pulp and paper products, up 14% compared to the same period last year.

1 July 2010 The Board of Directors of OJSC Ilim Group approved a capital investment project to develop the Mill in Koryazhma.: The Board of Directors of OJSC Ilim Group approved an investment project involving installation of a paper machine in Koryazhma. The estimate project cost exceeds USD 270 million.
15 June 2010 All branches of Ilim Group are using the electronic cargo declaration system: The Ust-Ilimsk Branch of Ilim Group started filing electronic declarations using the Internet. The new declaration format was introduced as part of the Russian Government's Electronic Russia task project, which is expected to be completed by 2012.
3 June 2010 Ilim Group has chosen the main technology supplier for Bratsk project: Ilim Group has chosen Metso Company as the main technology and equipment supplier for a new kraft softwood pulp mill to be built in Irkutsk Oblast on its production site in Bratsk. It is one of the largest investment projects in the Russian pulp and paper industry for the past 40 years.
12 May 2010 Ilim Group 1Q output up 12% to 603 thousand tons: Over the first quarter of 2010 OJSC Ilim Group’s locations have manufactured 603 thousand tons of pulp and paper products. This is 12% more than in the corresponding period of 2009.
5 May 2010 Ilim West business unit pulp and paper output reached 245 thousand tons: During the first three months of 2010, the pulp and paper output of Ilim Group enterprises integrated into Ilim West business unit (the Koryazhma Branch) amounted to 245 thousand tons, i.e. up 18% over the first three months of 2009.
5 May 2010 Ilim East business unit pulp and paper output up 8%: During the first three months of 2010, the pulp and paper output of Ilim Group enterprises integrated into Ilim East business unit (the Bratsk and Ust-Ilimsk Branches) amounted to 358 thousand tons, i.e. up 8% over the first three months of 2009.

7 April 2010 Ilim Group to build new kraft pulp mill in Bratsk, Siberia: Ilim Group's board of directors has approved an investment of approximately US$700 million to build a new kraft pulp mill in Bratsk (Irkutsk Oblast). The financing for the project is being arranged by the joint venture.
