The drop in paper output is due to general halts, which were carried out earlier in the year as compared to 2006.

Paper production totalled 153.2 thousand tonnes, 3.6 thousand tonnes (2.2%) up from the level of the past year. Roll paper output dropped because the planned capital hault was moved forward as compared to 2006. End-year output in these product types is expected to rise as compared to the past year.
