• In 1995, Sirozhiddin graduated from the Tashkent University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
• In 1995 - 2002 worked in Arthur Andersen.
• In 2002-2005 Sirozhiddin served as Deputy Director Internal Audit at OJSC ТNК-ВР, Moscow (Russia).
• In 2005-2006 he served as Director Internal Control at Eldorado, Moscow (Russia).
• From 2006 to 2013 Mr.Zaynutdinov worked as Director Internal Audit at Kirovsky Zavod, St. Petersburg (Russia).
• From 2013 through 2014 held the position of Financial Officer in OAO NPK Bioran, Moscow (Russia).
• In February 2014 Sirozhiddin Zaynitdinov was appointed Vice-President, Internal Audit of JSC Ilim Group.
