HR policy
HR Policy is an official document of Ilim Group which describes the principles governing the relations between the company and its employees. The Policy applies to all employees of the company and its subsidiaries. Based on the Policy and for the purposes of its implementation the company creates Regulations (e.g., «Regulations on Labor Remuneration» or «Regulations on Training», which govern the corresponding activity areas).

The company's employees are human capital, which is the key component of Company value and requires investments for development.
It is the company's policy to manage and develop its human capital in a manner which provides all employees with the opportunity to achieve their full potential, consistent with their interests, abilities, experiences and willingness to work and, by doing so, to promote individual growth and the economic progress of the company.
The company welcomes and encourages employee behavior in line with its corporate culture. It is a culture of initiative and responsibility, results orientation, high ethical standards, valuing professionalism and cooperation. The company supports state-of-the-art methods of production management, organizational structure, and safety; optimization of work place equipment and processes; and a focus on high industrial standards.

We comply with Russian legislation provisions regarding creation of non-government organizations and we recognize lawful employee rights of free association (including trade unions) and collective bargaining. We build our relationships with these organizations based on the principle of mutual interests and compliance with applicable laws.
