Corrugated Box Business

Ilim Gofra is a subsidiary of Ilim Group through which the Company develops its corrugated business.

The new plant is operating in town of Kommunar

Products

— brown or white lined three- and five-layer corrugated board of various brands with a wide range of flute profiles;

  • RSCs with full-color print option;
  • complex shape and design packaging (pallets, trays);
  • packaging for large-dimensioned products;
  • corrugated box components.

The new plant with a capacity of 140 million m2 of corrugated packaging per year was commissioned and launched in the Leningrad Region in 2008.

The new plant is equipped with world class hi-tech equipment from leading international manufacturers. The corrugator was made by the world’s leading manufacturer BHS (Germany); four converting lines with full-color flexographic print and rotary cutter were supplied by Martin (France) making it possible to manufacture boxes and pallets of virtually every size and design, as well as a sheet cutter and print line were made by Bobst (Switzerland).

Ilim Corrugated Box Business was formed on the basis of Ilim Group's assets producing corrugated board and corrugated packaging and includes the plant located in the Leningrad Region.

The company plans to become a leading corrugated packaging supplier in Russia.
