Bratsk Branch
The Bratsk Branch of Ilim Group is Pulp and Containerboard Mill in Bratsk. It is one of the major producers in Russian pulp and paper industry, traditionally supplying market pulp and containerboard to South-East Asia.
Products
- bleached hardwood and softwood kraft pulp,
- unbleached kraft pulp,
- kraftliner and
- wood chemicals.
Production capacity
The Mill's production capacity allows to process 7 million m3 of wood per year. The total annual pulp and paper products output exceeds 715 thousand tons.
Market share
The Branch manufactures over 20% of the domestically made market pulp and nearly 7% of the complete range of board.
The main sales markets are China (up to 80% of total export) and South-East Asia.
Certificates
Quality and EHS management systems of the Bratsk Branch comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 international standards.
The Mill has been certified to the requirements of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
Wood Procurement
In 2010 Bratsk region’s branch of Ilim Group was formed on the base of «ULiL» logging enterprise. The branch is in charge of wood supply to Bratsk mill.
Forest management and chain of custody systems has been certified in accordance with FSC requirements.
The total annual logging volume is 1.86 million m3.
