Alexey Lomko

Born in 1976. Graduated from the Urals State Legal Academy in 1999.

Started his career in 1999 in Verkhnesaldinskoye Metallurgical Production Association, which was renamed into OAO VSMPO-Avisma Corporation in 2004. In 2004-2005 his assignments included deputy head of department for corporate issues, counsel, and lead counsel.

In 2005 Alexey Lomko joined Ilim Pulp as Deputy Managing Director Legal.

As of 2006 Mr. Lomko was Managing Director Legal of Ilim Pulp.

Since July 2007 Alexey Lomko has been Managing Director Legal of Ilim Group.

In October 2007, Alexey Lomko was appointed Chief Legal Officer of Ilim Group.
