Code of Business Ethics

As a way to describe the Company' standards for ethical business, Ilim Group has formulated and adopted the Code of Business Ethics, which applies to all employees of the Company. It was adopted by Ilim Board of Directors in order to pull together the elements of ethics, personal integrity and compliance. This document contains the key principles guiding the Company which has international shareholders and operates in various countries globally.

Ethics principles of the Company are not simply rules and regulations; rather, they describe the right way of doing business and of relating to others.
